Gene: About the Author

Hey, My name’s Gerard and I’m a 20 year-old Development Communication major (read: what?) from the University of the Philippines.

I like video games, movies, rock/alternative music, the NBA – more specifically, The Sacramento Kings!, programming (mostly C/C++ and a little bit of Visual Basic), a few TV shows (That 70s Show (1998-2006), Attack of the Show!, Chuck), comic books/graphic novels, downloading tons of stuff from the internet, and IT stuff in general.

I’m pretty much like Eric Forman from That 70s show. But seriously, I love to have fun, I take pride in my work whether it be for school or for something else. I really try to be responsible and get things done.

I love to read and write about all sorts of stuff. Otherwise, this blog wouldn’t exist and you wouldn’t be reading any of this. I also think that the Internet is mankind’s greatest invention. That’s why I started all of this. To give back and be a part of a network that has helped shape who I am today.

My dreams revolve around the idea of being a game designer at Kojima Productions, the Sacramento Kings winning the NBA championship, traveling to places that I see as “cool”, and getting a college degree and working my way to the rank of being filthy rich.

Anyway, I guess that’s enough about myself…for now.  Also, if you’re really that interested, check out the userbars below…they’re all me.

Sometimes it IS necessary. It’s not much of your business if I say fuck now, is it?
