Scene: 0uter Heaven

I’ve been wanting to start a blog for some time now and this was the result.

I plan to stockpile this with content about myself, my interest, and other stuff. I also plan to use the blog as an outlet for commentary on almost anything and as an online journal (which was how blogs originated anyway, right?).

The name of the blog comes from the Metal Gear series of video games. Outer Heaven refers to several different things in the Metal Gear series. It was an idea, as well as a military company and fortress built by Big Boss. I like to think of it as “online haven”. Similar to how Big Boss made an Outer Heaven to give soldiers a place when they have none. Geeky? It probably is. Fortunately, this millenium belongs to the geek.

As for the name starting with 0 instead of an O, Outerheaven was already taken and besides, everything begins with 0 anyway.

Hopefully, I can include as much content as I want – it’s all a matter of free time. Hope you check back often!
